I collected these social bookmarking sites from other ‘Top 10′, ‘Top 20′, etc lists. These are (in my opinion) the top social bookmarking sites that ALSO fall under ease of use. These are the Social Bookmarking sites that I rely on to submit my content to, because they don’t give me too much trouble, and they are easy to use.

  1. Delicious – a no-follow site. And here’s a tip that gurus will understand the significance of: Delicious makes an RSS feed for every tag that you give a bookmark. Think in terms of creating a system, backlinks, and rss submissions.
  2. List Your Post - New and easy no-follow social bookmarking site.
  3. Mixx
  4. Google Bookmarks
  5. Jumptags
  6. Digg
  7. Yahoo Buzz
  8. Propeller – another No-follow site.
  9. Faves – gotta love any social bookmarking with a simple browser button click.
  10. Clipmarks – another browser button site that lets you clip what you want to bookmark right off the page.
  11. Diigo – This one has a full toolbar with lots of neat features to make bookmarking easy.
  12. Stumbleupon
  13. Reddit - The only thing I dislike about reddit is their time limit on how often you can submit content. I think it’s 5 minutes or so between submissions.

Great list. Thanks for explaining Delicious much better.

    Now I get it.

  2. Hey Vanessa:

Cool post! You really need a compass through all the web 2.0 and bookmarking sites these days. Maybe you could expand on the Delicious features a bit more in a separate post. You seem to know more stuff worth coming back!

    Cheers,
    Thomas
